TTK: Flow, Flexibility & Fine Art

TTKs are Sky Blue Window's 'Things to Know,' events, ideas and cultural creations that we think are worthy of your time and attention.

Want to enjoy deep breathing, fluid movements and captivating exhibits? The Indianapolis Museum of Art offers the chance to complete sun salutations and warrior poses alongside paintings, sculptures and etchings. Yogis-in-training gather each Saturday morning and set off to one of the many galleries. One week it might be Vinyasa flow right by Vincent van Gogh. The next might involve taking on the downward facing dog in front of Tara Donavan's striking Untitled (Mylar).

Word to the wise: No water is allowed in the galleries, but there are drinking fountains available at each level. Day-of registrations aren't guaranteed, so you'll want to sign up in advance.
