Fancy Dishes on Paper Plates 

Dig IN, the annual celebration of Hoosier-grown ingredients and Indiana's most inspired cooking, offers chefs the chance to showcase their skills. But it also comes with a challenge - making and plating delicious dishes in massive quantities. Still, when our photographer Whitney Walker made her way through the serving stations at the August 17 event at White River State Park, she found beautiful bites, carefully arranged on the most pedestrian of surfaces.
